In The Other Side of Her, Vicky-May Giraud explores the split between what we show and what we suppress. Two versions of the same woman exist in parallel: one boldly facing the viewer, the other in profile, retreating into silence.

The hands, perfectly mirrored and meticulously detailed, act as a bridge-or a barrier-between these selves. Is this a portrait of one woman, or the echo of many versions within?

This is not about choosing sides. It's about holding them all.
